What we do in omlox
Inwerken’s experts have been involved with the omlox standard since day one. Consequently, our in-depth expertise regarding the omlox Core Zone and Complementary Zones flows directly into the planning and implementation of our RTLS solutions. Our InWerX app seamlessly connects various localization and tracking technologies with existing ERP solutions—such as SAP®—and MES systems like TRUMPF Oseon.

With particular expertise in digitalization solutions for smart factories and smart warehouses, we develop tailored solutions, covering everything from planning, installation, and commissioning to successful implementation and integration into existing ERP processes and IT landscapes.
What we offer
Inwerken offers customized solutions for the digitalization of production and intralogistics. We provide the entire process—from planning and implementation to the installation and integration of precisely tailored RTLS systems—from a single source. Consequently, our consulting approach is technology- and vendor-agnostic, ensuring a perfect fit for every specific application scenario.
The selection of components is based on a detailed technical and economic analysis of the use case. As a full-service provider, we handle everything from installation and infrastructure planning to software architecture development and integration into target systems, ensuring optimal coordination between all elements. This results in a sustainable, future-proof solution that is firstly tested in our own workshop before implementation. Finally, functionality is verified through a Proof of Concept (PoC) directly at the deployment site.
A key cross-solution component is our browser-based InWerX app. It makes location data operationally able by visualizing positions on a map, enabling targeted filtering, and linking objects to relevant process information, such as order numbers, containers, or equipment via a "binding function." Furthermore, "fence events" (entering or exiting zones defined within the app) can trigger automated actions such as system updates, status changes, or audible alerts. InWerX features the necessary interfaces to transmit data to existing ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or MES solutions (e.g., TRUMPF Oseon). The InWerX app can connect directly to various localization technologies or interface with any commercially available omlox hub. This makes the InWerX app one of the leanest and most cost-effective RTLS integration solutions on the market.
